What should I do if I do not receive my CPE certificate, or if I lose it?

You can always access a copy of your certificates from your user profile on www.allstartax.com.  

1. Click LOGIN in the upper right corner of the screen.

1. Click Manage Registrations

1. Scroll down to Past Registrations and click Actions and select View/Print Certificate

If you still have not received your certificate after 5 days, please submit a support ticket.
